Why play USSSA Baseball?
The primary focus of USSSA Baseball is the development of programs that allow teams of all skill levels to compete against one another. USSSA believes the overall development of all players can be enhanced by the experience and fun of national tournament play. Until now the majority of players were denied this opportunity because of their skill level (Denied All-Stars). USSSA Baseball offers programs for four levels of play. Major and AAA programs are national programs that culminate in a World Series. The AA program is a regional program ran by the participating states that culminate at a National tournament. The A level is for recreational teams and is at a state level only.
*Teams can form and stay together without having to start over each season.
*Teams can compete in several levels of play (A, AA, AAA, Majors)
*All players 100% have the opportunity to play post season baseball. i.e. state, regional, nationals

Wh*Why play in the West Texas USSSA program?
We *We have been host of several local tournaments, and this year we were awarded the West Texas State tournament. *A team can participate in local weekend tournaments, State tournament, and World Series tournaments right here in this area.
We *We have worked hard to develop distinct levels of play locally. This year we are hosting both
A-A*A/AA tournaments and open tournaments. We have also worked with other local areas that will be doing the same.
Th**This will allow teams an opportunity to compete in their division, or play up in open tournaments.
We *We will have a 14-16 game league schedule that is designed to allow teams to develop players for tournament play, and ultimately high school baseball. cost of league is $950 for 5-8 and $1350 for 9-14
For *For those that are looking at forming a team to participate, we will offer play for 6U-14U teams. All ages will be able to participate in local tournaments, as well as post season tournaments.
